Recently, FreshPoint South Florida had the privilege in supporting HANDY, Inc. this Thanksgiving season.
The Power of Giving – Thank You
Kirk Brown, the CEO of HANDY, Inc., wrote to our team, “I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for exercising humanity. This Thanksgiving season, we were able to serve a family style meal to an estimated 370 individuals at 3 different sites, Pompano Beach Middle, Eagle Nest Middle, and the HANDY main site. We were also able to distribute 350 Thanksgiving baskets, 300 turkeys, and gift cards to 270 families.
Thank you for providing your time, treasure, and talent to make this possible. Delivering this service this year was extremely special for us and for our families.”
Mr. Brown adds, “…I want you and your valuable team to know that these life altering moments and thought processes do not occur without your continued support. As an organization we will continue to pride ourselves on ‘SHOWING UP’ with an abundance of CARE to inspire Change”.
