The texture and flavor of each tree ripe Asian Pear variety is surprisingly unique. Our grower packs a beautiful Mixed carton for us. Each carton features some combination of the following Asian Pears: Cho Juro (butterscotch, brandy flavors moderately juicy), Hosui (sweet, honey, brandy flavors juicy, smooth texture), Kikusui (citrusy flavor, refreshing crisp, coarser texture, very juicy), Kosui (sweet with vanilla notes juicy, crisp), Shinko (sweet with citrus and spice notes firm, fine-grained, juicy), Shinseiki (sweet with honeysuckle notes), Tsu Li (sweet, complex, Chinese five spice flavor firm, crisp, juicy), 20th Century (citrusy flavor, refreshing, nearly frizzante crisp, juicy, fine grained), and Yali (sweet, citrus, nutmeg, hint of anise fine-grained, crisp, juicy).
