Our Spitzenburg Apples have exceptional high flavor content because they are grown along the central coast of California using a dry farming technique. We purchase all our Farmers’ Market Apples from a coastal farmer who does not irrigate his trees once they are mature. Conserving water by dry farming is the height of sustainability.
