Description:
A third-generation Japanese-American farmer, David “ Mas” Masumoto and his family live on their farm in central California and hand pick all of the Nectarines packed for us.
The Rose Diamond is a large, firm Nectarine variety with blushing red skin. This variety has a soft texture with brilliant yellow flesh. It is deliciously sweet and mild acid.
Rose Diamonds are recommended to be eaten fresh. Dice and prepare a summer bruschetta, or slice and pair with walnuts, dried cranberries, baby spinach, and a balsamic vinaigrette.
