Matthew began his employment with FreshPoint Paragon in 2022 as the Production Manager. Since then, we have seen a tremendous improvement in our Value-Added operations!

Utilizing a data driven management approach, Matthew was able to streamline product offerings and dramatically improve production efficiency.

Matt's efforts resulted in a significant improvement in productivity standards and a boost in key performance indicators (KPIs).

Matt and his team operate with a continuous improvement mindset, and they are always looking to recalibrate existing processes and to see how things can be done better every day.

Matt is a strong collaborator who leads cross-functional teams with colleagues in Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to find solutions and ensure we are delivering quality products to exact specifications and meeting our customers’ needs with a great cut every time!
